dc.description.abstract This study was carried out to examine the effect of problem solving skills of nurses on perceptions of attitudes toward the evidence. All the employees who were not selected as sample in the survey were asked to work, but the study was completed with 150 nurses who accepted to collaborate. The research was carried out between October 2016 and December 2016 at Muş State Hospital in Mus province of Eastern Anatolia, Turkey. In the dataset, "Sociodemographic Characteristics of Nurses", "Problem Solving Inventory" and " Attitude Towards EvidenceBased Nursing Questionnaire" were used. After the approval of the ethics committee for the research and the permission of the institution, explanations were made for the nurses and data were collected on the basis of volunteerism. In the evaluation of the data, frequency and percentage calculations, distribution of data, t test in independent groups, multiple regression analysis and one way ANOVA were used. A significant relationship was found in problem solving skills of health workers on evidence-based perceptions of attitude (p<0.001). In this study, it was determined that problem solving skills of nurses affected the perception of evidence-based attitudes en_US
