Abstract: The aim of this study is to descripe the students’ who graduated from high school and prepare to university, and their family types’ charecteristics, to determine these studens’ right answer in YGS ( the exam of passing high education ) according to some varieties such as genders, the working area ( linguistic, equal weight and numeric ), graduted year,duration of private education and family concern. The group of the research is the 377 stundents ( 222 male and 147 female ) who get education from priva-te in stution in Şırnak province and it' s districts. In the research “be percieved family support ” scale has used as a data collectiontool. Security analysis, frequency percenta-ges, t-test, f-test ( Annova one way variation analaysis ) and corelation analaysis have made by using SPSS 15.0 program in the phase of data analaysis. According to the rese-arch results any significant corelation wasn't found between mathematic success in YGS exam and mother education level, gender, graduated year, be percieved family support but a significiant corelation was found between mathematic success in YGS and duration of going to private instution, working area and monthly income.
